CURRENT OPENINGS
ASSISTANT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the store’s operations and daily activities when the GM is absent
- 100% responsible for the activities and results of the collections department and direct supervision of the Account Manager
- Collect the proper payment from our non-renewed customers through phone calls and field visits and to assist them towards ownership of the product
- Maintain updated and accurate goal boards
- Assist in the sales process and help achieve the growth goals of the store
- Help facilitate returns authorized by the GM and to make sure merchandise is inspected and cleaned properly
- Maintain updated accurate customer information
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be good on the telephone and computer
- Professional appearance and high energy
- Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalency, some college preferred

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process order forms, references, and input customer information into the computer system on new lease agreements
- Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area, and bathrooms
- Make sure that all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide
excellent customer service - Take proper payments from customers and update
information in the computer - Assist the Sales Manager with marketing efforts and to sell at a high level to ensure that monthly sales goals and growth objectives are achieved
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude, and neat appearance
- Well organized and high energy
- Good computer skills
- Must be a people person and able to multi-task
- Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test

GENERAL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a highly profitable store and to sell at a high level to achieve
growth objectives in revenue and customers - Safeguard the assets of the store including inventory, cash management,
daily deposits, and maintain company vehicles in good working order - Recruit, train, and motivate high level team members who want to win
- Ensure the store achieves desired collections guidelines through
phone calls and field visits to non-renewed customers to get them to
ownership of the product. - Authorize returns when needed and explain benefits of
lifetime reinstatement - Ensure that all company policies and guidelines are followed
by team members - Maintain proper inventory stocking levels, store image, and customer service
- Other tasks to be completed assigned from the Home Office

ACCOUNT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
- Deliver product and install in customer’s home professionally
- Drive our company vehicles in a safe, professional, and defensive manner
- Make sure that all company vehicles are operating in a safe
manner and are clean - Follow the daily schedule board for deliveries and turn in correct paperwork
- Organize the store’s backroom and assist in cleaning and
assembling merchandise - Confirm the customer’s identification, collect the proper money,
and get the customer’s signature on the lease agreement - Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Neat appearance and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of installation and hook ups of electronics and appliances
- Excellent driving skills
- High level of energy
- Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test

SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and plan the marketing efforts in the store
and throughout the community - Sell at a high level in order to achieve monthly sales goals
and growth objectives - Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area,
backroom, and restrooms - Make sure that all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed
- Directly manage the CSR and follow up that all order forms have been processed, references, and customer information
is properly inputted into the computer system - Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and
provide excellent customer service - Take proper payments from customers and update
information in the computer - Other tasks as assigned by management
